• Development, planning and monitoring of sales strategies and business development
  • Establishment and further development of the global sales organization

  • Development of marketing strategies in compliance with the corporate identity

Job requirement

  • University degree in mechanical engineering with a strong commercial skill set, alternatively a university degree in economics with a good understanding for technical products or adequate professional experience and skills
  • Several years of fundamental sales experience in personal care and/or packaging industry
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational excellence
  • Additional knowledge and many years of experience in the molding and/or moldmaking industry
  • Willingness to extensive travel
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Written and spoken German and English skills
  • Familiar with MS-Office tools
